Dosage

Adults: 1-2 capsules daily with food, Children 6-12yrs: 1 capsule daily with food

  • Abdominal cramping
  • Nausea

  • Numbness or tingling in hands/feet (neuropathy) – more likely with long-term use of high doses (100mg+)
  • Headache
  • Photosensitivity (light sensitivity)
