Our Athlete Assistance Program (AAP) is a specialized service designed to meet the unique wellness needs of professional and amateur athletes. Jannis Health recognizes that optimal performance goes beyond physical training.

Our AAP provides holistic wellness support to help athletes achieve peak performance while maintaining mental and emotional balance.

Beyond basic wellness, this program supports athletes with performance driven nutrition tailored to their sport, training loads, and recovery needs. We incorporate locally sourced foods such as fonio, moringa, and legumes to sustain energy, support lean muscle repair, and support hydration. Each plan adapts as athletes progress, drawing on functional assessments, performance tracking, and seasonal ingredient availability to boost resilience and output.

In addition to meal plans, athletes benefit from targeted coaching covering injury mitigation, sleep hygiene, and mental readiness through mindfulness exercises to optimize recovery. Virtual or in-person support includes prep tips for match days, supplement guidance when necessary, and culturally appropriate recipes that enhance performance without sacrificing taste or tradition.
